After having my house on the market for some unsuccessful months (tied in to a long contract) with another well known estate agent I thought I would try Realitythree.

Right from the start all of the team at Realitythree were polite and friendly and could never do enough to help. Unlike the previous estate agent I had used, Lucy and her team found people who were interested in the type of house I was selling, not just 'getting people through the door'. Realitythree definitely treat each house sale as an individual sale and not just a number and I found that refreshing.

My house was sold in a matter of weeks (unlike the months the previous agents had had it on the market) and Jaime, Lin and Lucy kept in contact with me throughout the sale right up until completion.

I have since recommended Realitythree to a friend who was struggling to sell and they have successfully sold her property as well.

I would not hesitate to recommend them again and again in the future.

'My husband and I first got to know about Reality Three through their 'For Sale' signs- bright and eye catching-advertising properties near our home in Mulbarton. One of our neighbours had also recommended them.

From the first phone call through to the very end when we exchanged contracts, Lucy (director) was professional and reliable. At our first meeting, when she viewed our home for the first time, she assured us that the service Reality Three delivered would be personal and committed- our house would not just be another number on their repertoire of properties. She was true to her word. Lucy, Jaime and Lin were on the ball from the word go- they called us more often than we called them- there was no chasing needed on our part and with both of us working full time, this was key.

We were lucky to have 2 interested buyers. Lucy, Jaime and Lin successfully negotiated a deal we were very happy with. We had already moved from Norwich to Bristol when we accepted the offer and had been concerned that being so far away would cause problems when it came to negotiations. However, we could not have been more mistaken. The selling process (our first) took 6 weeks- my husband and I couldn't believe how hassle free the whole process was thanks mainly to the accessibility and reliability of the team at Reality Three. When we encountered a small hiccup with the buyers' solicitors- one phone call to Reality Three sorted it out in 15 minutes.

I have no doubt the relationship Lucy and her team build not only with the sellers but also with the buyers is the main reason negotiations run smoothly. In the end, going on the market to exchanging contracts took 12 weeks. We can only hope that when the time comes to sell our house in Bristol that Lucy and Co would have opened shop in the South West too!
